  Give your twin a brain. Bring your own provider key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, Gemini, Grok, or a custom endpoint) with the brain / vision / call model fields and a rough monthly cost.

  Every macOS permission Twinly needs and why, in plain English, with exact System Settings paths. Use the one-click Set everything up in the Access tab, and the note on re-granting once after an app update.

  Give your twin your voice with Apple Personal Voice and the on-device Twinly Voice clone, add a top-tier Cartesia or ElevenLabs key if you want, install BlackHole for call audio, and let the twin hold real phone calls as you.
