An AI that drafts your email in your own writing
Twinly connects to Gmail, reads and searches the inbox, and drafts replies in the owner's own writing style, learned from how they actually write. It can triage a full inbox in one pass. By default an email it sends shows in the notch for 5 seconds before it goes, so you can stop or edit it; in an asking mode every send waits for your approval.

What it does with an inbox

- Extract. Pulls the detail out of a thread — a date, an address, an amount — and files it where it belongs.
How it learns your writing
Twinly builds a durable model of how its owner writes and what they prefer, and keeps it on the machine. It learns from corrections most of all: telling it "never open with Hope you're well" once is a standing rule from then on, not a preference that evaporates when the conversation ends.
The practical test is whether a draft needs rewriting before it can go out. Generic assistant prose always does.
You see every send
By default, an email Twinly sends on its own shows in the notch for 5 seconds as the real message, with the recipient, subject, and body, so you can stop it or edit it. Emails to family always wait for you. To approve every send instead, choose Ask before it ships or Ask me every time in Settings.
Every one of those decisions is written to a local, tamper-evident audit log, so there is always an accurate record of what was sent and what was approved.
Common questions
Which email providers does Twinly support?
- Gmail, for reading, searching, drafting, and sending, through a Google App Password. Apple Mail is the fallback.
Will Twinly send email automatically?
- It can. In the default Don't ask mode it sends on its own and shows each email for 5 seconds first so you can stop it; emails to family always wait. In Ask before it ships or Ask me every time, every send waits for your approval.
Does my email get uploaded somewhere?
- Email is processed on your own machine. Only the context a given task requires is sent to the model engine that runs the task.
Can it write in my voice, or does everything sound like a chatbot?
